On the same day as the announcement of a bitcoin cash deal, a UK cryptocurrency exchange announced a new digital coin, which trades for around a fifth of a pound.
This coin, called Bcash, will be available to buy from its official site on December 17th.
Bcash will be one of the first coins to be launched as part of the Digital Asset Exchange (DAE), which aims to create a market for digital currencies.
While there’s no official timeline for Bcash’s launch, the announcement by Bcash Co-Founder and CEO David Blanchard means the UK’s biggest exchange has a very good chance of selling out its first coin.
It’s unclear how much Bcash would be worth at the time of its launch, but the currency has a market cap of around $30m.
